Booking with me is simple: You can schedule your appointment online or by giving me a call. For in-home visits, I’ll confirm the details in advance, including any callout fees based on your location. Remote support sessions are also available, and I’ll guide you step-by-step to resolve your issues.

In-home appointments include a callout fee, which covers travel and 15 minutes of support.
I’ll provide an upfront estimate for all services, so there are no surprises.
Payment is due at the time of service, with convenient options available.

At Tony’s Tech Support, I provide fast & friendly tech support even beyond standard hours with our After-Hours IT Support service. Whether it’s troubleshooting, software issues, or device setup, I am here to help at a time that suits you. Our Emergency IT Support service ensures you get fast & friendly tech support when you need it most.
After-Hours Support Rates
💲 $140 per hour (or part thereof)
💲 Minimum charge: 30 minutes
💲 Fees may apply if an appointment is cancelled within the after-hours timeframe.
