“I have known Tony in a technical support capacity for about two years. I am a serious technophobe and hopeless with technology. He has always been very patient, and has never made me feel incompetent (which I am!). Tony always gets a grasp of the full extent of the problem at the outset, then works through all aspects of it until it is completely resolved leaving me feeling greatly supported. On one occasion I was travelling in a caravan miles from anywhere and he talked me through every aspect of fixing up a serious hack I had been subjected to. On another occasion he made himself available for phone support despite the fact that it was his day off. I have recently moved interstate and now, under “Tony’s Tech Support”, I am delighted and greatly comforted by the fact that I have access to this magician. I recently had a problem with my computer and Tony dialled into it (something he has done before), and fixed the issue remotely - with all the efficiency as though he was sitting at a desk beside me.

“I have needed to contact Tony on many occasions for help in resolving matters about my old 2007 iMac and have received great service from Anthony (known to me as Tony). Recently he transferred the data from my old iMac 2007 model to my new iMac 27” Sur and resolved issues I had with my two external HDs which hold tens of thousands of photos. He also had to convert them from an old version of Photos to a new version suitable for my new iMac Sur. Purchasing a current version of Carbon Copy Cloner to clone photos from one HD to another weekly has been a blessing. He even set it up for me via TeamViewer, guiding me through the process. On every occasion, I have found Tony to be courteous, friendly, and so very knowledgeable. His manner is exemplary and his patience with an older non-Geek female is to be commended. Thank you again for all your current and future help. I would certainly recommend this company to Mac lovers who need their technical expertise.”
