Once you become a customer at Tony's Tech Support, you gain access to free troubleshooting advice for life. This service is designed to provide ongoing guidance and support for basic tech issues, ensuring that you feel empowered and confident with your technology. We want to help you stay informed and empowered—without the tech jargon.
Who is Eligible?
This offer is available to all customers who have completed at least one paid service with Tony’s Tech Support.
The offer applies to the individual customer and is non-transferable.
What Does Lifetime Tech Advice Cover?
Our Lifetime Tech Advice covers:
Basic troubleshooting for common tech issues.
General tech guidance and advice.
Best-practice recommendations to help you get the most out of your devices.
This advice is provided via email, phone, or online chat, at Tony’s discretion.
What is NOT Included?
Please note that this free service does not include:
Remote access support.
Physical repairs.
Data recovery.
In-depth software troubleshooting.
These types of services may require a separate, paid appointment. Responses are provided during standard business hours and are subject to availability.
